Housing and living
In the first picture you can see a traditional semidetached house. This is very traditional for English citizens. Lately you can see these types of houses in Czech Republic. In the second picture there is a block of flats, which is very traditional for Czech citizens. Most of residents live in one of these. These are mostly needed by young people. In the third picture you can see a family house. Lately these houses are very needed. Most people who are interested in these are young couples who have got children. In the forth and last picture you can see a farm house, which is very traditional for countryside.
Students and young people prefer to rent a flat in blocks of flat. Mostly they are 2+1, which are near enough to the city centre. In this case scenario, people who rent can be effected by the rules, which are set by the flat owner. These are mostly that the flat owner does not want a foreign people, animals or even smokers in the flat to rent out.
Few years ago young people looked for flats 2+1, 3+1, but in these days more of the young couples are looking for a family house in villages near town, they work in. If the people rent the flat, they will sent the money monthly to the flat owner, if the people are buying the flat they will most likely take a mortgage. Unfortunately even if the house is theirs sometimes they can still bring in animals. This rule is quite common in the terraced houses. The prices of the rents are around 8 to 10 thousand Czech crowns and plus on the top of it about 2 thousand czech crowns for electricity and water fees.
